She will check your application for eligibility and forward it to the responsible Departmental Women\u2019s Representative, who will inform you in writing about the success of your application and the amount of financial support.Please note: The completed application documents must be submitted to the assistant of department\u2019s women\u2019s representative nat-frauenbeauftragte@fau.de for processing at least six weeks before the planned journey. Nach Auszahlung der Reisekosten v<strong>Travel expenses are processed at the secretary\u2019s office for Gender and Diversity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the travel expenses are partly to be paid by funds from the Chair <strong>and<\/strong> partly by target agreement funds, the entire cost for the journey must initially be paid by the Chair. After payment of travel expenses by University Administration via the travel expenses office, the Chair must issue an invoice with a BKZ (Buchungskennzeichen\/booking reference) to the Office of Equality and Diversity for the amount authorised in the target agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A copy of the \u201apayment authorisation of travel expenses\u2018 (\u201aAuszahlungsanordnung der Reisekosten\u2018), a copy of the permission letter and the applicant\u2019s report must be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a travel expense report is <strong>only submitted via the Office for Gender and Diversity<\/strong>, the following documents are required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel expense from<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original copy of the approved travel authorisation form (if it has not already been submitted),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original receipts,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For air travel: please include the boarding cards, as the costs will not be reimbursed without them,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original invoices only (hotel etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original receipts (conference entry fee, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit card bills: These are only recognised in conjunction with an original document (such as the conference programme) which clearly states the conference entry fee.&nbsp; Simply submitting the credit card bill by itself is not enough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A report about the conference (approx. 1 page long), in which you describe the results and benefits of the conference for your academic career.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important: <\/strong>Please make sure you complete the forms in full by including your signature, name, address, bank details, Chair cost centre, and so on.
