Particular importance is attached to supporting early-career female researchers and to sustainably increasing the proportion of women at qualification levels in which they have so far been underrepresented.

The Women’s Representatives support the implementation of our gender equality objectives in all central committees and commissions. They are also contact persons for female researchers, female teaching staff, and female students of the faculty.
