Workshop for Postdocs: Leadership in Academia with Dr. Neela Enke, 08.04.24 9:00-16:30
In this workshop dedicated to postdocs, participants learn about the basics of self-reflection and they will be introduced to the fundamental principles of professional conversation techniques, the crucial tool for any kind of leadership task. In addition, we will look at the challenges specific to sandwich positions, lateral leadership contexts and the problems of inofficial transfers of leadership responsibility.
Part 2 of the workshop will focus on problems arising from difficult situations and conflicts.
